Each moment has a soundtrack. A tenuous fragile chain of superbly timed syncopation. A single note although great on it's own grows tired when unchanging and played over and over. Range and depth, rhythm sections and groove are all vital to creating a harmony and a story worth listening to again.
Waking, working, gentle happiness and comfort are the tangible carrots of complacence. Fear has stopped many a great song from being shared or dared.
Hopefully by stepping away from those comforts for a while we aim to enrich both our and other people's soundtracks so that when the season fades we know contentedly that it has been one damn fine soundtrack and has not lacked the range and depth to create to epic rock of a lifetime.
